How I managed to make a legit blog based on my new favorite song, I really dunno. It was originally  collaboration between the ever beautiful Utada Hikaru and the ever lyrical Foxy Brown, or a sort of east and west type thing. Their styles are radically different, but when put together, they’re utterly beautiful….

You know what, though, I miss these sort of collaborations. Nowadays, I doubt that any other out of country singer (a self respecting one, anyways) would want to work together with any of us right now on music in general. Why? Because they’d only collaborate on something that’ll be popular, and guess what? All the ridiculously popular songs are based on how big one’s ass gluteus maximus and chest are, eh?

You know it is. and you know what, if you don’t think so, name five songs that aren’t oriented around sex…and were popular. No luck, eh? (and if you came up with five, see if you can get 10…)

Still, my opinion on such matters isn’t exactly regarded, so I guess I’ll hush up for now….or at least until the matter’s brought back to me…

But , oh, guess what? Need an anime that’ll keep you stimulated (the newer video games are getting so ridiculously priced that I’ve had to change my budget policy. It was originally “if it’s pretty, buy it.” but nowadays…) ? Watch Mezzo. Make sure you don’t mix it Mezzo Forte(that’s hentai…porn for the noobs) . I started watching it in hopes that it’d be some fanservice soaked(oops! wrong word…) anime with guns. But it had much more…it had a plot. I’m thinking of buying that boxed set for what: some $50, which is perty cheap. I can just afford it, though…here are some pics from the series:

For those of you all whom have been living under a rock for the past…i dunno. several years, LimeWire, one of  the fastest file sharing program on Earth, has made a huge standing in the lives of many adolescent, broke, youngsters, as well as into the offices of may white collar businessmen (I mean, c’mon. Why in the H*** wouldn’t you want to pester Bob in the neighboring cubicle by playing “Laffy Taffy” at full blast? For those of you whom have DSL, or anything but dial-up, the download’s rather quick (just say yes to everything..except for PRO. We don’t wanna pay, right?) and you should be searching your fave artists in no time. And the best part? It’s free! Did I mention that it’s free? IT’s free? Free!

But guess what. Avril Lavigne doesn’t like that. And neither do the Gorrilaz, or A.F.I., or any other self respecting maker of music. Heck, the Beatles probably turn in the graves every time they hear the phrase “LimeWire.” In fact, they dislike it so much, that they’re trying to get rid of it. In court. But can you really blame them?……

Yes.

I can.

Because hanks to LimeWire, i have access to more music than not only my pocket, but my location could allow. I can now listen to duets that I’d never have dreamt of, and harmonious voices that you’d neverhear in America. Ilaria Grazios, the Polysics, and Mika Nakashima are among names (I doubt you’d ever have known they existed if you hadn’t tuned in, just now) that now ring true to my ears, thanks to LimeWire.

So you know what? Let the rich skinny people rant. As long as i have a say, I’ll do (almost) everything in my power to keep this service around….

Or at least until I become famous.

How did I come to this conclusion, you might ask? Well, it’s actually pretty simple, really:

• They both came in, unexpected, as to what they were capable of…
• They both had a history.
• They were both rejoiced by some and…well…less than rejoiced by others…
• They both liked to bounce from one place to another.
• Once they made friends, they clung to them, though at times not realizing what they actually wanted.
• They can’t take hints.
• They can be selfish.
• Neither of them are fearful of most things, accept diversity, and at times, are fearless.
• Which also leads them to be gullible.
• They make mistakes, but always try to atone for them, no matter the cost.
• Both are loyal.
• Both will eventually be disregarded….

And both will, ultimately, be missed, based on those whom disregard them……………..

When I’d originally created this blog, I’d had hoped that under my first post I’d have an introduction, what I stood for, and how I dealt with “bashers” (okay, maybe not that, but the principle remains the same), but due to the circumstances of the past day, which i spent writitng this blog, news and enertainment and such, my motives have been…changed.

A week ago, as soon as I was under the impression that the real dangers and securities were, while not inevitable, mostly out of our nation, Mel Gibson winds up getting arrested…okay, maybe that might not be the best example, yet still, doesn’t that piss you off? That while we’re sppending pur time and money, and risking our nation’s lives, that we have the few amongst us, toting their guns and guzzling their Budweisers, whom beleive that they’re exempt to the caring and well-being of our society. And you know what? Like **** if that happens, anyways. They should be prosecuted to the fullest of a extent of a human law…

And while we’re dealing with the nutcases screwing around here, we have several out-of -continent matters going around right now, and speaking of which, I came across the dumbest thing last night. I’m sure that a lot of you, or at least your kids, are familiar with the growing Japanese animation sensation called anime, right? Well, having said this, while viewing a CNN blogroll regarding media as fueling the Iraq situation (it’s deceased now), a commenter (whom’s name I’ll hold dear), said this:

“The cause of the war is based on the Japanese scourge animation. It’s violent methods and such are polluting the mnds of not only our misunderstood friends, but are plaquing are youth as well.”

First off, I doubt you have to be very misunderstood to strap a bomb to your back and walk into a Starbucks, (but hey, Andrea Yates had it coming, too.) as I’m sure that you’d have to put some intense thought into that firsthand. Second off, yes, sometimes Japanese animation can be violent (I knowthis, being a growng fan, myself), but we have no right to be b********  about that. We are no noobs on violence, so let’snot act like it, eh? I’d have to come nto the conclusion that the author must have been high off of something and had to…express himself (more like give himself away), so I won’t hold him to the fullest extent, but come on?

In conclusion, however, Ibeleive that we should spend more time working on ourselves and those among us rather than picking on other countries (the civilians, I’m referring, too. By no means am I talking to any militamts, government workers or anything in near relevance. They’re trying to protect us , so help ‘em to keep on pushin’!), you know. I mean, how can we want others to meet flowing democracy with a rich citizenship, when we’re too ****ed up to do it ourselves? Really, now…
